why doesn't the acknowledge button on centreon web work to acknowledge a critical service?

When I pay, the critical service does not disappear from the interface, even when I schedule it for maintenance.

do you have any ideas for solving this?

Hi @Said When you acknowledge a resource, this one doesn’t disappear from UI but just have a new flag and notification is disabled for this one: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/alerts-notifications/acknowledge/
