Hello! I get this error on 2 of my pollers in the gorgoned log, but the pollers are displayed in the web app as online.

Configuration is not exported from the central - “Send message problem for '7': issue: :ACK] ]] {"code":1,"data":{"message":"handshake issue"}}”

how can i fix that?

I´m on centreon 23.10.16 by the way 

I would guess authentication between your poller and your central server is failing, maybe the key exchange is wrong, TLS certificate, password saved in gorgone configuration.

 


If you use the ZMQ communication for your poller (old one was ssh), then you can get your old configuration from that button on your poller list and apply it back to your poller gorgone configuration (run the command with the gorgone user else you won’t have proper permissions to do so).

See if applying this config, then restarting gorgone resolves this.
