did you install the plugin itself

the connector from the web ui is only the template for the configuration, there is an option on the connector page that should do the plugin installation automatically when you push the config

if this was not ON, then you need to install the plugin as explained in the doc here TrendMicro Iwsva | Centreon Documentation

even if the checkbox was ON, there may be issues and maybe a package or dependency is missing, it can happen, so it is always best to run the manual plugin installation, if the package was already installed it will do nothing

if the plugin is correctly installed, then it’s debug time, you will need to provide the version of your platform (centreon app, and os), the command that fails, from the centreon ui in the detail of the check, and run that in ssh on the poller to see what exact message appears in command line

the plugins are installed with automatic option - a manual reinstall did not help
