Probéme install centreon 21.04

PB notication after update 20.04 to 22.04

I have a problem with notification, the notification will be send because the notification is triggered : But I have no email notification.The manuel test whith postfix is OK on the server centreon, which implies that the SMTP configuration is correct :And i receive the mail.The services cbd, centengine, gorgoned are UP.In the file “sudo vim /var/log/centreon-engine/centengine.log” i have the notification alert.The contact or group have notification “active”. Do you have an idea ?

Database Issues 22.04.2 to 22.04.4

Hi there, i have a Plattform consisiting of several Remote Servers, some with Pollers attached to them. On one of my remote-servers there was an automated update-job running in error upgrading centreon form 22.04.2 (Plattform Version) to 22.04.4 (remote Server Version) and since then the Machine and its poller are no longer updating the central Centreon. I get the remote marked down with Database Issues and the last update according to the Pollers-Page yesterday. Commands get pushed via gorgone, as i can see them in the logs but results don’t appear to come back to the Central Instance. In the Web of the remote it is all up2date. The broker-log on the Remote shows the following error: BBDO: invalid protocol header, aborting connection: waiting for message of type 'version_response' but nothing received The whole plattform is set to BBDO-Version 2 in the Configs Please help. What will happen if i update the whole plattform to 22.04.4? Will that break the whole communications or will it

Hello,I successfully connect to UI, but impossible to connect to CLAPI when user password contains a '&' character.When I change the password for a simple one, both UI and CLAPI authentications are OK.Latest Centreon.

Proble plugin fresh install (UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout)

Hello, I just finalize an installation of Centreon on Google Cloud, but I'm facing an issue an issue with my cisco Plugin, from my first poller I can request a cisco device using snmp but from my another one I not able the error that I encountered is :  UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout. Request is the same on both poller :  /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_cisco_standard_snmp.pl --plugin=network::cisco::standard::snmp::plugin --mode=interfaces --hostname=X.X.X.X --snmp-version='2c' --snmp-community='XXXXX'  --interface='^Gi1/1/1$' --name --add-status --add-traffic --warning-in-traffic='70' --critical-in-traffic='80' --warning-out-traffic='70' --critical-out-traffic='80' Thanks in advance for your help.

Services wrongly disabled in centreon_storage database

Hello, Since updating from 21.10 to 22.04 on CentOS 7, we have many issues of services disappearing on the web interface.Both host and service are enabled on the configuration (centreon database) but after digging, the service gets disabled at centreon_storage databas level with “enabled = 0”. There isn’t any issue collecting metrics, service graph keeps being updated, notification are still sent, everything goes well on Poller. We’ve enabled debug at broker level for sql and bbdo but we’ve found nothing else about some sampled service than usual log (perfdata, processing service messages, etc). The bug has impacted about 20% of active services, which is quite important. Restarting the impacted pollers solves the issue for some time (maybe hours) but it’s not efficient to restart pollers a few times a day. We’ve scripted something to :get the disabled services from centreon_storage database check one by one if they are supposed to be enabled in centreon configuration database update th

Hi,I have added two Exchange servers with the NRPE plugin.For some reason the Databases’ check returns the error below:UNKNOWN: Command error:I actually use the same plugin/check on other Exchange servers without any issues.There are no details on the error even if I run it from the poller itselfAny idea on this?Thanks

Custom view issue : Unknown user theme

Hello, Since we’ve upgraded from 21.10 to 22.04 version, we have issue with every custom views that aren’t displayed, there is an error message instead :Unknown user theme :  We just need to switch light/dark theme or edit our profile to fix the issue. Maybe there’s some lack of theme initialization on login phase :/

Avoid recovery e-mail notification after warning service state

Hello all,First of all thank you in advance who can help me with that.We have configured in our Centreon system monitoring to only receive e-mail notifications when a service becomes critical and when it is recovered. The problem is when there are warnings situations: after they are Ok we receive an e-mail that they are recovered.So to sum up: is it possible to receive recovery notifications only when it is a service coming from a critical service state and not when is it a warning?Thank you very much,

Service check command execution failed: pipe creation failed: Too many open files

Hello, All services in my poller show (execute command failed)In the logs this is what I get: Service check command execution failed: pipe creation failed: Too many open filesWhen I look at the number of open files everything is ok, I only have 10% of open files on my whole system. I don't understand where it comes from. The only solution for now is to reboot.Can anyone tell me where this is coming from? Cordialy,Francis

Centreon 22.04.01 - Service check results not visibles in web interface

Hello.Since the last updating of our centreon platform (IT-100, 22.04.1), some service checks are no longer visible in Ressources Status view. In addition, the number of services checked reported is not correct: 605 instead of 854.In “Configuration > Services > Services by host” all services are present and enabled.In centengine.log, I saw Warning and Critical check result not reported in web interface.Manual execution of check missing is ok.Disk space is ok.What could be the problem ?Best regards,Eric

Installing Centreon with Docker

Hello,I am looking for a way to install the latest version of Centreon on our platform.I was hoping to find a Docker Image that would make it straightforward, unfortunately I found no image, whether official or not. My only findings was an article describing the installation for a test environment with Vagrant, and hinting on the possibility of doing it with Docker : https://www.centreon.com/blog/comment-demarrer-rapidement-un-centreon-21-04-avec-vagrant/It make me wonder: is there any known limitations with installing Centreon on a docker image or is it just something that no one ever felt the need to document?Thank you for your time!Regards,jla

Bonjour, J’essai d’exécuter une requête mssql qui me permet de récupérer une valeur 0 ou 1;--sql-statement='SELECT top 1 run_status from [msdb].[dbo].sysjobhistory where job_id = 43496608-710F-4524-B7B4-C04EB673F385 order by run_date desc'lorsque j’exécute celle-ci via une console SQL Studio Management cette requete fonctionne mais lorsque j’exécute celle-ci via le plugin j’ai une erreur.UNKNOWN: Cannot execute query: Server message number=102 severity=15 state=1 line=1 server=SERVEUR\XXXX text=Incorrect syntax near 'F'.Je n’arrive pas à voir l’erreur, avez vous une idée

New OVA deployment failing partitioning step

I followed this guide (even started fresh just to be sure) https://docs.centreon.com/docs/installation/installation-of-a-central-server/using-virtual-machines/ and when I get to the step to run the centreon-partioning.php I receive this error message: This is a brand new OVA deployment with zero customization done. I manually tried running the centstorage-purge.php script from the cron.d folder and it cleared several partitions but this error persists. Next I logged into MySQL via mysql -u root and tried dropping the partition manually, see here:You’ll see now the partition in question has incremented down by 1 digit, I incremented downward until the error changed hereBut unfortunately I’m back to square one here same error as previousIs this a known issue with the latest OVA on the download page?

Hello, I am using an snmpget request to read an extend mib on a remote client, but the request fails.I have a timeout because the snmpget must read a .txt file which seems to be too long for it.
