I don’t have a solution for you sadly but I too have some issues after a 22.10 to 23.10 upgrade and I wonder if you upgraded from the last 20.04, directly to 23.10, or with an intermediate upgrade in 22.10 and/or 23.04?

No it can’t resolve your problem, was asking for another reason.

For your problem, is it just in the Event Logs > System Logs that you have the duplicate entry, or do you also have the poller configuration which is duplicated too? (in “Configuration > Pollers > Pollers”)

I checked on my recently upgraded platform and don’t have the same issue (I got some other though ).

i have olny one poller configuration . i check the database and broker configuration i have only one poller.

but in system logs i have duplicate entrey 

This is strange. Do you have some errors in /var/log/php-fpm/centreon-error.log or /var/log/php-fpm/error.log which could be related?

Sorry I haven’t much time to try to help you. I’ve got a critical problem with management of downtimes with the v1 API (this was the reason for my question).

i found this erreur in the log when i try the check system logs

It seems it has no relation with you’re problem. At least I can say I also have this error, multiple times (but as I said I don’t have the same problem than you).

I upgraded three platforms (22.10.19 → 22.10.21 →  23.10.11), I have different problems on all three. Centreon’s code quality is worse new versions after new versions :(

I can’t understand how they can focus on adding new functionalities while leaving all those bugs around on basic parts of the software. Or I’m afraid to understand it too well sadly…

its etrange to have 3 in system log

i dont know if its a bug  or i did an erreur in upgrade process 

In this menu data come from centreon_storage.instances table

I wonder if the error I have on one of our platform (the impossibility to reload the configuration for distant pollers, the broker configuration precisely), could have some kind of relation with the problem pointed in this post.

The PHP code at line 211 shows it is linked to the poller IDs…

@Laurent:  as far as I can  understand: poller IDs in both centreon and centreon_storage databases must be consistent in every cases?
