Bonjour,version installée est centreon version 24.10.1 - Copyright CentreonJ’ai installé ce plugin et configuré un hote avec le template HW-Storage-EMC-DataDomain-SNMP-custom Cependant ces commandes ne s’exécutent pas car le plugin n’existe pas : /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_emc_datadomain.pl /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_emc_datadomain.pl --plugin=storage::emc::datadomain::snmp::plugin --mode=alerts --hostname=x.x.x.x --snmp-version='2c' --snmp-community='public'  --truly-alert='%{severity} =~ /emergency|alert|warning|critical/i' --warning-alerts-current='' --critical-alerts-current=''(Execute command failed)Bien à vous

Déclaration d'un remote server 24.10 - Central bloqué

Bonjour @ tous,Deux jours que je me bat avec la version 24.10. Nous sommes censé upgradé nos versions de production en 24.10, sauf que quand je déclare un remote correctement (déjà fait sur les ancienne version et sa fonctionné). Le central semble ne plus vouloir que j’ajoute d’hôte…Message d’erreur : Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à accéder à cette ressource (avec le compte admin de base je précise)Bug ? Quelqu’un a déjà eu le tour ?

Mise à jour Debian 11 vers 12

Bonjour à tous, Je pense que ce n’est pas grand chose mais je bute sur une mise à jour :) Je suis sous Debian 11 avec un centreon en 24.04.5. Je souhaiterais passer en Debian 12 mais je n’y arrive pas, je dois faire quelque chose de mal. Voilà mes étapes :apt updateapt dist-upgradePour être sûr qu’il n’y a pas de maj à faire puissed -i 's/bullseye/bookworm/g' /etc/apt/sources.listsed -i 's/bullseye/bookworm/g' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/centreon*Pour mettre à jour la liste des paquets puisapt updateapt upgrade --without-new-pkgsapt full-upgradeJe passe bien en Debian 12 mais centreon ne fonctionne plus et c’est encore les paquets centreon de debian 11 qui sont installé. Pourriez-vous me dire où je me trompe svp ? ;) Merci d’avance pour votre aide Bastien

Export configuration shortcut --> error

HiSince upgrade from 24.04.5 to 24.04.7 the export shortcut does not work and tell me:There was an consistency error in the exported files - please use the legacy export menu to troubleshoot When I use legacy menu no error. If I us default admin account export shortcut work like a charm. I'll try upgrade to 24.10 as my setup is quiet new, same bug. Only error in log file :[2024-11-06T16:18:06+0100] [ERROR] [Centreon\Application\Controller\Configuration\MonitoringServerController:233]: Generation error on monitoring server #3: Authentication token expired   Thank you for helping

Reuse the Status defined in Advanced matching rules

Hello,I have a trap definition where Status is defined in Advanced matching rules (OK/CRITICAL) according a regx of trap varbind content.I would like to reuse this status in the output message I have to rework, but not able to find a way, @status@ works only for external command and status is not defined anywhere in trap varbinds.Thx for your help

Problème Tableau de bord

Bonjour, j’ai un soucis sur les tableaux de bord.En effet, j’ai réinstallé une debian 12 avec centreon 24.10.1. J’ai juste créé 15 Hosts avec 2 services chacun.Quand j’affiche dans le tableau de bord, cela reste bloqué à 10 hosts et j’ai le double de services (60). par contre quand je clique dessus, j’ai bien le bon nombre dans le statut des ressources. Comment résoudre ce bug ? merci

Preparing the poller for CMA : no port listening on ipv4

Hellofollowing the guide I managed to connect a host to the poller using the method “poller connect to the agent” (with some issue on another post, but it worked) however I tried the other method wich is “agent connect to poller”, and I tried to do the config allowing both method mode agent->poller{ "otel_server":{ "host":"0.0.0.0", "port":4317 }, "max_length_grpc_log":0, "centreon_agent":{ "check_interval":60, "export_period":10 }}mixed agent<->poller{ "otel_server":{ "host":"0.0.0.0", "port":4317 }, "max_length_grpc_log":0, "centreon_agent":{ "check_interval":60, "export_period":15, "reverse_connections":[ { "host":"192.168.10.10", "port":4317 } ] }} in both case after restarting centengine there is nothing listening on 0.0.0.0 on the linux pollerbut there something listening on localhost ipv6 :::4317tcp6       0      0 :::4317                 :::*                    L

Aruba Aos-CX Execute command failed

Hello everyone,I am using Centreon and ArubaOS-CX to retrieve information from my Aruba Instant On 1960 switch (CPU, Memory, Network Interfaces, etc.).However, when I try to use it, the service status shows as "(Execute command failed)".Has anyone encountered this issue before and found a solution?

How configure postfix correctly in debian 12

Hi all ! i’ve a Debian12 VM with centreon 24.10 installed on.I had follow this : https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/administration/postfix/ step by step and changed all informations, but this doesn’t work :( !i tryed to check in var/log/maillog ( or mail.log ) but it doesnt exist, i don’t find this file anyway…What did i do wrongPS: when i created my Debian12 VM, i forget to do the partitionning LVM , maybe that can be the problem why i can’t find this file : mail.log … Did you have some ideas? or did i need to recreate a Debian VM?

Hello! I had installed Centreon 24.04.7 on Debian 12.However, it will prompt for internal server error and something went wrong in UI Login. I did further inspect the page; I am quite new with Centreon, any help will be really appreaciated. Thanks!

Hello, Maybe someone can help me.I try to create reports using MBI.My reports are ok with pdf or xlsx extension BUT… When I try to export in csv, report file is empty, no data inside. Can someone say me why and how to create csv exports? regards, Laurent

Display bug in the status grid widget dashboard?

HelloI’m trying to make dashboard filtered on a host group (or a host category)I want the “condensed”  view of the status grid widgetthe host group has only 2 members. ‘Standard’ (non condensed) I have my 2 hosts if I use Condensed , the total in the tile is wrong and is counting ALL the host without filtering. it should display 2 in green, it says 6...(this is a test platform with IT-100 edition, 24.04, latest patch from last week) tested that on 2 different platform, I have the same behaviour. is anyone else getting the same result?

Rest API v2 - Error while searching for service templates

Hi.My Centreon is IT100 24.04.7 and I’m playing with Rest API v2.I try to get a service template by searching for its name or its id but I always have a code 500 with the following message: “Error while searching for service templates”. Error while searching by name On the other hand, the search for template services works well when I don’t put any search in query parameters. Ok with no search parameterWhat am I doing wrong? Is it a known bug?

How to monitor service running under systemd (RHEL and Ubuntu)

I am trying to monitor the service running under systemd on my RHEL 9 and Ubuntu 22.04 servers but I cannot make it work.I did install nrpe4 on the client machine and I am able to launch some commands from the centreon poller.However, I cannot find the check commands for systemd :-( Thank you.Regards.

Net-Aruba-Instant-SNMPv3 not able to read number of access points

Hello,I am having some trouble finding a solution to following issue.When using the Net-Aruba-Instant-SNMPv3 template to check AP-usage, I get this result: There are 55 AP’s in this controller but it seems he is not able to retrieve this.I can use this with other Aruba controllers but not this one:  Any help would really be appreciated!
