Hi Team,

We have upgraded our Centreon IT from 22.04 to the last 23.10.

Once upgraded we get always the below message during the Login&Logout console access.

Really appreciate any idea.

Thanks and regards

HI @Ut0602 did you try to clear your browser cache?

Hi Laurent,

Cache has been cleaned and tested with different Browsers, message still appears even application seems to run properly.

Let us know any other check if needed.

Thanks and regards

Which browser and version do you use?

Do you have errors in Console tab in developer mode?

Hi @Laurent

Any update ?

Got the same problem / Proxy disabled

In developper mode :

> Federation Runtime ]: Version 24.4.0 from centreon of shared singleton module @centreon/ui-context does not satisfy the requirement of centreon which needs 1.x)

Centreon 24.04.7

Firefox : 115.1.0esr (64-bit)

And locked on this versions by customer security policy.

Hi @reglisse

We solve this problem with support. We had to recreate empty this missing files with apache:pache permisions :

  • /usr/share/centreon/www/modules/centreon-bi-server/static/moduleFederation.json
  • /usr/share/centreon/www/modules/centreon-custom-views-management/static/moduleFederation.json
  • /usr/share/centreon/www/modules/centreon-dsm/static/moduleFederation.json
  • /usr/share/centreon/www/modules/centreon-pp-manager/static/moduleFederation.json

To find it we went through the DevTools of the browser console and analyzed the error messages displayed in the DevTools console
