Hello, I have a problem with Time Periods, I create user who use notification command for make a call when service is down, but my question is, is it possible to set Notification Period on Service 24x7, we also use notification over MS Teams and e-mail. And for this particual user he will be notified only in given work hours ?

You can define 24x7 for notification period on resources and select working hours for your contacts.
