Hello everyone I had deployed a machine as a poller and connected it to centreon, then later i exported it to a different network and wanted to attach it to a different centreon server, however the command “/usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u admin -t poller -h 192.168.0.1 -n poller-1’ was run succesfully and I could see the poller in the list when I went to add it, however when It came to the gorgoned file I click to copy the contents and I see the error above, I’m unsure what I’m supposed to do, I deleted the old gorgoned file and restarted the service on both the central and the poller, and redeployed the poller and added it again, still same issue, I’m unsure what I should do, I also deleted the log files and the key files: rm -rf /var/lib/centreon-gorgone/.keysrm -rf /var/log/centreon-gorgone/*

Bonjour,Depuis quelques jours, je m’intéresse à Centreon pour superviser mon parc informatique.J’ai installé Centreon 24.10.7 sur une VM, puis quelques hôtes et services.Le service « ping_lan » affiche bien que mes éléments supervisés sont bien actifs maisje bute sur comment visualiser l’état des disques constituant un NAS Qnap.Mon service est bien basé sur le modèle « HW-Storage-Qnap-Disk-Global-SNMP-custom », les valeurs de la macrosont celles de base.Le status des ressources est réactif mais je n’ai pas saisi où indiquer à Centreoncomment checker les disques du NAS.merci pour votre aideEric

In my production Centreon server has more than 100K services and I need to send only selected service metrics to Graphite. I’ve tried with Centreon Stream Connector LUA file. but due to heavy count of metrics, process is getting queue. Can someone give me hint to resolve this.

Hi, new user here. We have deployed a centreon server only a couple of days ago and I’m trying to figure out if it covers all our needs.In particular I was tinkering with templates but seems that doesn’t work as I was expecting. I’ve created a host template with all the basic settings we need: notifications, services templates, scheduling…Now when I try to create a new host and assing this template to it, new host is inheriting only services and icon, no other fields are copied from the template.Is that supposed to work like this or I’m missing something? Thanks in advance for your attentionAlessio

Bonjour, J’ai récemment installé Centreon sur une debian 12. L’installation s’est faite “correctement” avec la commande : curl -L -s https://download.centreon.com/24.10/unattended.sh | bashCependant je rencontre un problème, mon collecteur “Central” ne veut pas passer dans l’état “En cours d’exécution”. J’ai suivis les docs d’installation officielles de Centreon, les différents forum, etc… Mais rien n’a fonctionné. Même au niveau de ma debian, je n’ai touché à aucun fichier de conf.  Si quelqu’un à une solution, je suis preneur !

Bonjour, Depuis la présentation des collections HTTP au dernier Centreon Summit, je cherche à réaliser une supervision de l’espace disque utilisé sur un Radware Alteon par son API.Existe-t-il une documentation exhaustive des différentes clés (paramètres) et fonctions qu’on peut utiliser dans les collections en général (HTTP, SNMP et SQL) ?J’ai vu par exemple qu’il faut utiliser le paramètre “insecure=1” pour ne pas vérifier le certificat. J’imagine que ce paramètre correspond à l’option `--insecure` du mode “response” (`--mode=response`) ? Est-ce que si je déclare un paramètre “proxyurl=http://IP_PROXY:PORT_PROXY” comme je le fais avec le mode=response (`--proxyurl=’http://IP_PROXY:PORT_PROXY’`), cela fonctionnerai ?De même pour les différentes fonctions utilisables. J’en relève au moins deux : count et assign. En existe-t-il d’autre ?

The server shows the free disk storage but differs from the centreon check and the server (df command). Hello, using the Log Retention with a value 365 or even 31 the Cronjob /usr/share/centreon/cron/centstorage_purge.php doesn’t clean (all) old comments.I’ve got comments from 2017.  Responsible SQL Query to cleanup:DELETE FROM comments WHERE (deletion_time is not null and deletion_time ' . '< __RETENTION__) OR (expire_time < __RETENTION__ AND expire_time <> 0)Value for __RETENTION__ is the value from the config, in my case 365. The table field expire_time is always 0, so the second part of the query is never matching.The field deletion_time is on many entrys NULL (currently 100174 entrys) and on 3287090 entrys not null.  I’m not sure about the fields deletion_time and expire_time what are they for.
