Hello,Having migrated recently to version 24.10, I’ve noticed that it is no longer possible to set the password of a local Centreon user from an admin account logged in via SSO.On the local‑user configuration page, the password of the currently logged‑in user is now required in order to authorize changes to the user. However, when logged in with SSO, the Centreon account does not have a password. Consequently, I can’t use my own password to reset the local user’s account.Am I the only one experiencing this odd behavior? Did I miss something?Lanxor

Bonjour,Je débute donc merci de votre compréhension.Nous avons mis sous supervision un cluster de systèmes SBC Audiocodes (Mediant 2600 version 7.4)La supervision du SBC MAIN  fonctionne bien mais le plugin Audiocodes ne prend pas en charge les oid permettant de superviser le SBC STANDBY.Pensez-vous qu’une mise à jour du plugin soit possible.L’interrogation des oid se fait directement depuis l’adresse IP du SBC MAIN (IP mutualisée) Par conséquent il faudrait pouvoir interroger via les modules déjà présent (hardware par exemple) La table secondaire qui liste les mêmes informations pour le système standby (PSU, fantray, modules...)Quelle est la démarche pour pouvoir faire cette demande plus officiellement ?Merci de votre aide

Hello everyone,I would like to get an official clarification from the Centreon Community about the use of the Open Tickets module in the Community Edition.Context: We are using Centreon Community Edition 24.x, with the Open Tickets module installed from the community repository (centreon-open-tickets). The module appears as installed and enabled in Administration > Extensions > Modules. However, the Monitoring Connector Manager shows “License required”. We have double-checked our ACL configuration: the user is an Admin and all permissions are granted. In Notifications > Rules, the page is empty and I cannot add any rules. My question is:

I migrated Centreon 21.10 which was on CentOS 7 to Alma9.For the Central everything went well but for the collector I would like to have the step-by-step procedure for the migration which is also on Centos7 and Centreon 21.10. On the Centreon procedure he does not detail enough: https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/migrate/migrate-from-el-to-el/ I also want to keep the same IP address the same name and keep the same configuration if possible. To do this, do you have to remove the old collector and put the other one back? Hi,What’s the reason for the Centreon public demo to still be in version 22.10.1, although I got this answer six month ago?Is it a technical reason? Or related to a commercial strategy? In both cases it’s not something which can restore thrust in Centreon or lead to a good brand reputation, to say the least.Regards
