Open Tickets module usage with Community Edition – UI access to Notifications > Rules?

Hello everyone,I would like to get an official clarification from the Centreon Community about the use of the Open Tickets module in the Community Edition.Context: We are using Centreon Community Edition 24.x, with the Open Tickets module installed from the community repository (centreon-open-tickets). The module appears as installed and enabled in Administration > Extensions > Modules. However, the Monitoring Connector Manager shows “License required”. We have double-checked our ACL configuration: the user is an Admin and all permissions are granted. In Notifications > Rules, the page is empty and I cannot add any rules. My question is:Is it possible to use the Open Tickets module with the full graphical interface (especially Notifications > Rules) in the Community Edition without an IT Edition license?Or is it confirmed that in the Community Edition, only the method using a Notification Command or Event Handler is supported, without the connector management UI?Any

After a year-long beta testing phase and much feedback from the open source community, customers and partners, we are proud to announce that the new Centreon monitoring agent, called Centreon Monitoring Agent, is now available in General Availability status. Why a Centreon Monitoring Agent?While it’s true that one of the strengths of the Centreon platform is its ability to monitor all kinds of environments in active mode, without installing an agent on the equipment being monitored, there are nevertheless certain use cases that benefit from the deployment of a software agent: For example, when security policies only allow outgoing flows from a device, and it is not possible to implement active controls from a poller using protocols such as SNMP. The same applies when an entire remote site is protected in this way, and it is not possible to install a poller locally. Or when it’s necessary to run a script locally on a machine, either for security reasons (authorized rights and/or protoco

Connection problem SAML with Entra ID (Azure AD) - Centreon 24.10

Hello everyone, I managed to configure SAML with EntraID, but after connecting to Centreon via SSO I came across this page :  Here is my configuration : I followed the video about it on Youtube, but the problem is still here.  If anyone has any ideas, please don't hesitate to get back to me.Thanks by advance.

[MQTT] Issue with Setting Warning and Critical Thresholds

Hello,We have set up a temperature and humidity check using the new Mosquitto MQTT plugin, and it works well (we receive the value correctly). However, specifying the warning and critical thresholds, whether entered in WARNING or WARNINGREGEXP in the service, is not being taken into account, and the state remains OK.Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?Thank you in advance,
