Congratulations on taking the first step towards enhancing your monitoring operations! To add Centreon AIOps Extension to your Centreon platform, follow this guide:
Step 1: Send us an email
- Contact our expert Nils Magniez (
@Nils ) at nmagniez@centreon.com - He will provide you with personalized guidance and assistance in integrating Centreon AIOps
Step 2: Access to CIAM
- Create an account if needed (sign up for account creation, sign in for login) (email verification is required)
Step 3: Create customer organization
- Once logged, if you are not part of any organization you will be invited to create one
- If you are already part of an organization, select “create organization” in top left drop down menu
- Fulfill necessary information:
Note: Please select your organization name thoughtfully. The Centreon organization is essential for managing your identity within the Centreon ecosystem. It ensures the security and segregation of all your data, providing you with a unified identification point to access all Centreon services. It is highly recommended to choose your account name as your organization name (in the user interface, the organization name corresponds to the domain name, while the display name is used for visual purposes in CIAM).
- Customer organization is created
Note: Organization creation may take few minutes.
Step 4: Retrieve Customer access token
To retrieve the identification token necessary to secure connection between your platform and our SaaS, go to the “Organization” page.
This token will be required when configuring your first Anomaly Detection service.
Step 5: Install the module and configure your first services
You now have everything you need to install the module and configure your first Anomaly Detection service. To do that, please refer to the official documentation.
Now, you can harness the full potential of Centreon AIOps to optimize your monitoring operations.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate ask around. We're here to help you make the most out of Centreon AIOps.
