Hello,We are trying to setup the Windows SNMP plugin with the mode --process-count, but there is something wierd about the logic of this check.I would like Centreon to send a critical alert if the number of processes running matching my filter equals zero, but Centreon always returns OK./usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_windows_snmp.pl --plugin=os::windows::snmp::plugin --mode=processcount --hostname=xyz --snmp-version='2c' --snmp-community='xyz' --process-name='xyz.exe'  --critical='0'If the xyz.exe process is running this returns OK, but if the process is not running Centreon also returns OK.Reply when process runningOK: Number of current processes running: 1 | 'nbproc'=0;;0:1;0;Reply when process not runningOK: Number of current processes running: 0 | 'nbproc'=0;;0:1;0;Does it mean we cannot check a single process and return the status critical? Hello, I’m trying to install Centreon on my AWS cloud using AMIs `ami-04be5c2c7e9923780` (Oracle Linux 9) or `ami-081241b2722de973f` (Alma Linux 8) but I’m encountering issues during the web installation process.Firstly, we are encountering errors during the Centreon installation, such as "usermod: group centreon-engine does not exist," among others. Additionally, configuration files are not being created:ls -lrt /var/cache/centreon/config/engine/*ls: cannot access '/var/cache/centreon/config/engine/*': No such file or directoryls -lrt /var/cache/centreon/config/broker/*ls: cannot access '/var/cache/centreon/config/broker/*': No such file or directory This seems to be because Centreon does not support operating systems hardened by CIS compliances. The main purpose of my post here is to find out if others have encountered the same issue and if there is a known fix available. Additionally, I would like to inquire if the Centreon team plans to implement support for CIS-compliant OS.With g

Following a full /var and an enlargement of the FS, the poller does not restart the interface reports a database incident but I don't know in which log to find this error.Thank you for your help

We have upgrade our fresh install of 22.10.1 to 23.04.0, after that we have issue exporting the configuration of poller server, everything it seem working but the “Uptime” is still the same before restarting/exporting poller configuration.We have tried to restart “gorgoned” on the poller and still the same uptime.We have tried with the following command on the poller:su - centreon-gorgone -s /bin/bash -c 'sudo systemctl restart centengine'With this command the uptime is resetted and it seem exported the configuration.

Hello,after upgrading from 19.10 to 23.10 i’m not able to restart centengine over the web interface on Central server. For some reason, it looks like my ncpa check isn’t receiving the ncpa token from my macro.  Check command looks like this:$USER1$/check_ncpa.py --performance --timeout=300 -t $_HOSTTOKEN$ -H $HOSTNAME$ -P 5693 -M plugins/check_updates -a '--assumeyes --no-boot-check -t 300'But it’s failing and then I look at the error, it looks as if _HOSTTOKEN isn’t being received. But when the check fails, I can see that the TOKEN value was not received.  /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_ncpa.py--performance--timeout=300-t-Hop.fs.corp-P5693-Mplugins/check_updates-a--assumeyes --no-boot-check -t 300I expect to see a *** next to the first -t option as I do on my other installations.  This is a fresh install.  Am I missing a step that perhaps I forgot about to allow this to work?If I hard code the value, it works fine but I have this working on other monitoring hosts.This install is the latest version on Rocky 9.

Bonjour, J’utilise actuellement la version open source de Centreon et je cherche un moyen de mettre en place des seuils de latence maximale toléré et à ce que l’hôte passe en critical lorsque le seuil est dépassé. C’est pour de la supervision d’ip publique. J’ai vu qu’il y a le connecteur “Speedtest” qui répondrait surement à ma demande mais je me pause la question de si il est installable en ligne de commande sans payer de License Centreon avec tout les connecteurs et l’installation automatique. Et également si il existe d’autres moyens.Merci.

I don’t know if what i want to do is in fact really hard, if i’m taking it by the wrong end, or if i’m simply missing something.I have a service that execute a shell script on my remote host. This script lists the 50 biggest cpu activ process and returns the users associated with it and how much cpu percentage each of them uses.When i look at the service graph i get kind of what i want, some curves representing each of these values.But when i want to add this supervision to my dashbord things become problematics. First i want to separate the two values that the service returns (numbers of active process and cpu utilization percentage) but this ultimately is not problematic as i can create a second service and divide the value between them.But when i want to add a widget to either my dashboard or customview. There are no widget that offer to monitor all of the metrics given by a service, i have to manually check the metrics i want included.The problem is that these metri

Hi, I’m an admin and Users on our Centreon 22.10 seems to not having access to the menu “edit my profiile” but I can’t find anything about it within the ACL. Is-it linked to the fact that they cannot edit users in the menu access ACL?Can someone explain to me how can I get this menu back for my customers ? Best regards,Pierre M.
