Hello ! I have an error when reloading the collector : Error The description string for service 'Service-Appel de procédure distante (RPC)' on host 'SVR01WSUS2' contains one or more illegal characters.Cannot resolve service 'Service-Appel de procédure distante (RPC)' of host ‘MYHOST’or Error The description string for service 'Service-Service State Repository (StateRepository)' on host 'SVR01WSUS2' contains one or more illegal characters.Cannot resolve service 'Service-Service State Repository (StateRepository)' of host 'MYHOST' It’s a Windows 2022 server in French and i guess the problem is the database isn’t in UTF8.I found this https://mariadb.com/kb/en/setting-character-sets-and-collations/ but it looks a bit difficult as i don’t have SQL experience and I don’t want to break everything … I tried changing the name manually but “name” and “description” aren’t the same, I guess. the only thing that does something is deactivating this service Any chance you guys have an easyish solut

Hi Watch community, We upgrading from Centreon v2.4.2 to Centreon v22.10.We like very much the old school style rrd graphs (see attached comparison).1.OLD 2.NEW Is that possible to bring back the rdd graphs like in item no. 1 ?Kind of parameter , settings ,  checkbox  that can revert to produce like in item no. 1. Thanks

Hello, i have recently installed Centreon 22.10 on Debian 11I wanna use plugins pack but i have a problem.My Debian 11 doesnt have no access to internetSo i use a private repository to download all plugins packs packages (.deb)After install all packages, they don’t appear in Plugins packs manager and in Host check options.Do i need an offline licence for them to appear ?ps: sorry for my bad english

Hello,after a shutdown and reboot. Almost all hosts are not shown in the Host-View. in the configuration view, still all hosts exists with their services.Everything ist activated.even in Map view, all hosts are shown and ping checks are running. No differences between shown and not shown host to find.Does some have the issue? How to get back to all hosts shown in Monitoring view.

Hi,I have a strange display issue. I already opened a ticket to the support but I wonder if I’m the only one to get this: Version is 22.10.4-1. I know there is a 22.10.5-2 available, I’ll make the update soon. But anyway I haven’t seen anything regarding display issue in the release note.I have another example: (service name is “OS-Linux-Disk-/”)I realize that it looks like that’s the missing icon that breaks the display… I’ll add the missing icon to see if it makes it better.

Hello, Looking at the host and hosts tables I see that many of the hosts that are no longer working and have been deleted are still in the host table. The same thing happens at the service and services tables.This is normal? Best regards

Hi,I have installed Centreon on a fresh Debian 11 server following the instructions in the official documentation .After all steps done, I am not able to connect the server, I am getting this page :Each time I am trying to access Centreon, I found theses messages in /var/log/apache2/error.log :After many searches, I don’t find what is wrong.I have also build up another fresh Debian 11 server, unfortunately with the same result.Do you know what I could do to solve this issue ?Thank you.

Hi,I have 1 central and 3 pollers, all with CentOS 7.9 and Centreon 22.04.7I’m preparing the migration from CentOS 7.9 to AlmaLinux 8.7, same centreon version for now..For that, I will begin with poller upgrades. I have installed the first new alma poller ( OS+centreon 22.04 ). The poller is not registered at the moment. I always have a snapshot just in case.I have installed all centreon-plugins, except centreon-plugin-Applications-Databases-MongodbIf I want install this plugin, it will downgrade the dependancy perl-Exporter-Tiny, use by all others plugins.The version installed with centreon is:When I test to install mongdb plugin, and downgrade the dependancy, I have several errors when I try to do adnf update dnf update --nobestdnf update --best --allowerasingdnf update --nobest --allowerasingThe only thing that works is to exclude the packagednf update --exclude=perl-Exporter-Tiny*But I’m worried, why centreon installs a more recent version, then want to downgrade it for only 1 plug

I have a fresh installed of Centreon v. 22.10.4 but all the graph are empty. I have checked the central-rrd-master log and rrd file is being updated but no data is showing on the graph. The web interface is a little basic when comparing to zabbix for example.What are the options to set the following for SNMP V3?Security name, Security level, auth protocol auth passphrase, priv protocol and priv passphraseCan this be done in centreon? There is not a lot about it in the docs.

I’ve imported centreon and centreon_storage from my RHEL7  server to a new RHEL8 server  configured with  Centreon 21.04. problems  - the GUI does not display any HOSTS or SERVICES = “0” but my poller is running  - if I export the poller  (Move/Restart/Post), The Console displays the progress  at 0%. Any ideas where I should look to fix this?Jacques  

Hi,Although I upgraded Centreon Web from 22.04 to 22.10, the release of the plugin packs is still 22.04 (package centreon-plugin-packs-release-22.04-3.el8.noarch).Why is it not automatically upgraded?Maybe I missed a step in the upgrade process, but I did all what is written here: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-22-04/.Can you tell me how to proceed? (or give a link to right documentation). I think I know how to proceed but I prefer to ask first.

Bonjour,J’ai un problème depuis un moment avec mon serveur Centreon.Lorsque je veux accéder à centreon web je tombe sur la pas Dependency check up qui me dit de définir le fuseau horaire par défault dans le fichier php.iniC’est ce que j’ai fait mais malheureusement cela n’a rien changer et je reste bloquer pour info, je suis sur une vm Debian 11 J’attend d’avoir vos réponses d’expert 

Hi,In “Monitoring > Status Details > Service”, the filter on host is lost every times you get back to the page, unlike all other filters.Is there any chance to get it fixed someday? Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think it’s hard to fix (please correct me if I’m wrong).Almost all my users want to use the “old” pages on the 22.10, and this bug has been annoying for years. I really don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed yet.

Hello everyone, i’ve create my own centreon server for testing thing before deploy on my corporate server and i want to link centreon and Teams for have the notifications in a canal. i have find the procedure on the forum. For the part on teams it’s ok but on centreon i have a problem with the command “ yum install centreon-plugin-Notifications-Teams”. it’s looks like the element ‘centreon-plugin-notifications-teams” is not found via this command. Has anything changed since this procedure was implemented ? Thank for your help,have a good day, DomDom

HelloI installed a new poller from scratch :latest alma 8.7, minimal install, no other package than the standard installI then boot, do a dnf update and install centreon with the install script from the githubcurl -L -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/centreon/centreon/22.04.x/centreon/unattended.sh > install.shchmod +x install.sh./install.sh install -t poller(22.10.x and 22.04.x, i tried both) then I install the plugins, and for ease of use, I install all centreon plugins, as I usually don’t know what I will need dnf install "centreon-plugin*"before installing the packages I see this : “downgrading perl-tiny-exporter”(tried on alma 8.6 and 8.7, with a 22.04 and 22.10 install, fresh install each time) if I run the dnf transaction, all run fine, but next the dnf system is brokenyou cannot run a dnf update/install anymore unless specifiying “--nobest” I’m not expert enough in linux to understand where ig goes wrong, but I guess one of the plugin packages has dependencies that requir
