Symptom

In the Administration > Extensions > Manager page, the ADD TOKEN button is not available.

 

Problem

The issue could be one of the following:

  • An off-line license is already linked to the server.
  • The token has already been registered.

 

Solution

Remove the license from the /etc/centreon/license.d folder.

Note: Another solution is to unlink the license from the server, but this is only possible with an IT-100 license or if the license linked to the token has expired.
