Alert notification mail not received

i install and configured centreon 24.04.07 (debion 11) ,configured smtp user and notification . when ever i send text mail its received perfectly but notification alert not received how fix this issue

Hi @maria suresh did you check /var/log/maillog file for errors?

yes i check it’s showing send successfully but test mail only receive inbox alert not received

I can see in Centengine logs that some alert are not sent because the notification options for this contact doesn’t allow to send it
