CAN'T INSTALL IT 100 LICENSE

Hello ,

I can't activate my licenses on three Centreon servers.
I'm getting this error in three countries: the DRC, Guinea, and the Central African Republic.
I'm getting a “Forbidden” message.

This is the first time I've encountered this problem.

Could you help me?
 

 In the logs, I see this:

Hi Korandji,

Do you use the same token and again? The token is valid for only 3 PF, could it be that you used it for more than this?

I’ll check with the infra team but I’m not aware of any geo-restriction on our APIs, especially not set recently.

You can also send me the fingerprint and token you use by private message for me to check in  our backend.
