What does your “View License” say? no need to share but might have some clues.

If you do not have any auto discovery rules, delete the auto discovery and install it again.

and after reinstall, back to the same point …

Did you ever fix this? I have the same issue since upgrading to 24.10 from 24.04, also with “IT Edition Extensions” but removing then re-adding them both makes no difference.
