Free IT 100 problem with activation

At one of our customers we are trying to activate Free IT 100.

We got the LKey couple of months ago.

When we try to activate we get error “Can’t reach Centreon License Delivery Service”.

For a test we tried to generate a new test LKey on your website – but we get error that You are curently upgrading Your internal platform.

Are some of your systems not working at this point? If so, when could we expect them to be operational?

We are experiencing this issue – both generating a new LKey and registering a customer Free IT 100 Centreon edition for over a 3 weeks at this point.

Is there any other way to activate Free IT 100 edition at our customer?

How long is the planned duration of your service outage?

Thanks a lot for your patience.

IT-100 service is back on-line. 

We will send emails to people who filled the form but if you are in a hurry, you can fill the form again.

In the meantime, it is not normal behavior you experienced with your existing token.
