Bonjour.

quel pluging souhaites tu avoir ?

Hi , did you activate your licence with your personnal token ?

Yes I did it with the token I received by mail

your Centreon server need to access to the Internet to display the Monitoring Connector catalog.

Please configure your proxy using “Administration > Parameters > Centreon UI”.

My Centreon server already has access to internet, I installed it on Virtual Machine Debian 11.6

That’s why i don’t understand why I need a proxy, I already have a firewall to access to internet

Maybe you need to create a rule to access to https://api.imp.centreon.com

I added the url to my firewall in/out but nothing unfortunately

Can you try form a shell on your Centreon server:

curl -L -vvv https://api.imp.centreon.com/api/license-manager/instance/subscription

At the end you should have this message:

{"message":"Please make sure your request has an Authorization header"}

If you don’t have this message, please check the debug to understand why.

I got the message

Ok, when you access to “Administration > Extensions > Manager”, license is valid?

you can see above my topic, my screenshot about my license

So I think yes it’s valid

Do you have less than 100 active hosts?

I installed Centreon yesterday and at the beginning I already had this problem

I added no host yet

can you compare fingerprint from /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license and one from “Get fingerprint” button in “Administration > Extensions > Manager” menu.

From Centreon web : edf22045fc86d4f750d8d2bbc4eb8c4d3e7b45e7366a3a13c9c3e41a1d2367ba

From my VM:

We can see "isMachineLocked": true, I have the same problem.

any idea ? :/

@Laurent ?

which error do you have in /var/log/centreon/license-manager.log when you access to “Configuration > Monitoring Connector” menu ?

Did you add the plugins packs repository into your reposotories ?

Did you install the centreon plugins packs ?
