This article explains how to migrate your IT-100 license from a platform to another one.
Before your begin
You need to retrieve the license key (LKEY) you received by email when you requested your Centreon IT-100 license.
Unlink the IT-100 token from your old platform
- Go to Administration > Extensions > Manager.
- Click View license.
- Then click Unlink your platform.
Link the token to your new platform
- On your new platform, go to Administration > Extensions > Manager.
- Click Add token.
- Enter your LKEY and confirm with the Add button.
Your platform is now ready!
For all other paying licences, you need a different licence. It is not possible to transfer any other license (IT or Business Edition) than an IT-100.
