This article explains how to migrate your IT-100 license from a platform to another one.

 

Before your begin

You need to retrieve the license key (LKEY) you received by email when you requested your Centreon IT-100 license.

 

Unlink the IT-100 token from your old platform

  1. Go to Administration > Extensions > Manager.
  2. Click View license.
  3. Then click Unlink your platform.

Link the token to your new platform

  1. On your new platform, go to Administration > Extensions > Manager.
  2. Click Add token.
  3. Enter your LKEY and confirm with the Add button.

Your platform is now ready!

For all other paying licences, you need a different licence. It is not possible to transfer any other license (IT or Business Edition) than an IT-100.

Hi there

We got a QA environment for testing purpose but the license is bound to the production environment. Can we reuse this token on the testing appliance or should we have to request another one?

The IT-100 license is valid for up to 3 central servers.
