You can request your free IT-100 token by sending a form available in Centreon website

Symptom

You have filled and sent the form to request your free token but are still waiting for the email to activate your license.

 

Solution

  • Make sure the email address you provided in the IT-100 registration form is valid.
  • Make sure the email containing the token has not been moved to the spam folder.
