Bonjour,

 

L'API api.imp.centreon.com est joignable depuis mon serveur, mais l'enregistrement du token retourne 'Empty company token'. Pouvez-vous vérifier l'association du token LKEY.ad427603c5d9-45aa-ae34-4bf1a80247f1 avec ma société dans IMP ?

I think that’s only something that the centreon support can help you with. Maybe open a ticket on their customer care portal ? Centreon : The Guard

I opened a ticket with support but they redirect me to the watch

That’s odd indeed, maybe then the token is valid in their backend and the issue is technical. 

Do you see any unusual logs in your system when you try to enroll your token ?

Hello ​@goma 

Support told me they gave you a proc to unlink your token to your platform.

I also found the token in our system and increase the number of allowed instance from 3 to 5.

Let me know if this has fixed your issue.

I see that you have generated a new token and attached your instance with it.

For the record, wa have deleted the instance associated with your first token.

Let me know if you still have an issue.

I just tested this morning with the new token that I generated and I still get the same error message telling me to check with Centreon IMP to unlink the token, yet I correctly followed the procedure they provided me.

Not sure what has been tried on your side, we saw a new instance poping today.

We have deleted all instances on our side with the fingerprint you provided.

You can try again (with any LKEY) and let me know if it works.
