Hi,

I cannot register my platform. I have a fresh install (Alma) and an new token.

I checked the similarity of the fingerprint and the "epp.license" file : They are different !

the command "curl -s 'https://api.imp.centreon.com/v2/license-manager/instance/subscription'"
returns "{"message": "Authentication required"}".

the command "rpm -qa | grep centreon-web" returns :

centreon-web-23.04.7-1.el9.noarch

the platform recognises a licence end date of 31/12/9999, but the "ADD TOKEN" button is replaced by "Choose Subscription" and so I can no longer view the licence, unregister/reregister the token, or update the plugins.

Discovery module say : License invalid or expired

All monitoring connectors are grey out

Thanks for your help

HI @Vidark  using “view license” button you can unlink your platform and re-add your token.

Regards,

Hi Laurent,
Thanks for your help.
I don’t have any “view license” button.

Regards,

OK, can you execute the following request on ‘centreon’ database:

UPDATE `options` SET `options`.`value` = NULL WHERE `options`.`key` IN ('impCompanyToken','impInfo');

And add again your token

Hi, Thank you for your help.
I have ever test this but I end at the same place… :/

Thank you.

Can you send me by PM the fingerprint or the token?

Hi,
Thanks to Sophie, i’m now able to access my monitoring connectors.
But I still can’t go to Discovery.
Thank you for your help.

Hi @Vidark so you can see connectors trough “Configuration > Monitoring connectors” ?

How many host configured (enabled and disabled) do you have in “Configuration > Hosts > Hosts” menu?

Regards,

Hi Laurent !
Yes, I can see connectors now.
I have 9 Hosts for now.
Thank you

Regards,

Can you check if the fingerprint from “Administration > Extensions > Manager > Get Fingerprint” is the same than one in /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license?

Hi Laurent,
The Fingerprints are differents

Thanks

Do you changed hardware or network configuration on your server?

Hi Laurent,
No hardware change but the IP have change.
Thank you

Ok, remove the /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license file and Centreon should download a new one with correct fingerprint.

Hi Laurent,

Thank you.
After removing epp.license, It tells me a license is required.
Should I unlik and relink my token ?
Thanks
