I installed IT-100.
I added the token
But still indicated “license required” for both option. And ask to choose subscription, but nothing available.
Actually, IA cannot help me. I’m still searching answer.
OS = ALMA 9.8

Licenses required - Auto Discovery & IT Extension
+1+1Well… all my setup is up & running except Auto discovery and IT Extension.
So I can’t add any extension except a few first one.
Now, helped by IA, it therefore appears that this instance seems already registered on the Centreon platform side, but that the association with the IT-100 subscription has not been correctly finalized.
I try with an other token but with the same result.
So I will try to contact the Support team…
