Hi,

we are getting ready to use our new Centreon environment based on redhat 8. We have an IT100 license and we don’t know which steps we must follow to migrate the license correctly.

Can someone help us?

Thank’s

Hi @MEstherNM thank you for your feedback we will update the procedure in your documentation.

You need to unlink your platform with your IT-100 LKEY (token). Go to “Administration > Extensions > Manager” and click on “View license” then click on “Unlink your platform”.

On your new platform, go to Administration > Extensions > Manager”, click on “Add token” and set your IT-100 LKEY (token).

Regards,
