No available subscription after linking IT-100 token

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with the IT-100 subscription. I had Centreon 25.10 on an old RHEL 9 server I decommissionned and deleted where the subscription was active and working.

A few days ago I installed Debian 13 and Centreon 26.10. I requested a new token, and got a mail that the token is unchanged.

I went to the UI to add the token, and when I did it said “You have successfully linked your platform”. Then the add token button became “Choose subscription” and when I click on it, it says I don’t have any valid subscription.

license-manager.log says : REST call failed : no subscription found

What do I need to do ? Maybe the old platform is still linked ?

Regards

Hello joffrey-b,

You should be good to go.

Please note that you have reached the maximum number of instance you can link with your token.

Best,

Nils

Hi Nils,

Thanks a lot, it worked.

This is the only platform I’m currently using, you can delete / unlink any other.

Good news!

For the record, the token is burned after being used on 3 different platforms, whatever if platform are used in parallel or not.

best,

Nils
