The license of the autodiscovery module is not valid

Hello,

 

i have added the token received by mail and this token is activated and i can download plugins, the service gorgoned is runing but when i go to centreon UI: Configuration → hosts → discovery i get an error message saying that my licence is not valid or expired also on the /var/log/centreon-gorgon/gorgoned.log i get this error:

ERROR - [autodiscovery] -class- host discovery - cannot get host discovery jobs - request error [code: '500'] [message: 'The license of the autodiscovery module is not valid']
any help please to solve this issue?

Now it is fine. When I added my token, I had to restart something exactly or wait a while since I added my token, now suddenly epp.license has appeared and it is in verxde auto discovery. Thank you very much anyway.

Hi @mettichi , since you add your IT-100 token, did you change hardware configuration like network interface?

Can you try to rename file:

mv /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license.back

Then go to “Configuration > Plugin Packs” menu

I add my IT-100 token, but i can’t see any files on this route and the autodiscovery is red yet. How can i solve this? Thank you

Hi @rubenfaracoi can you check rights on /etc/centreon/license.d:

ls -lah /etc/centreon/license.d
