Deploying a RUM tag (for Real User Monitoring) usually requires access to the site's source code or a tag manager. This isn't always possible - for example, when monitoring a third-party SaaS app, or testing RUM before a full rollout.
CXM RUM Loader is a Chrome extension that solves this problem: configure a hostname and your RUM token, and the RUM agent is automatically injected into every page visited on that site.
