CMA services are not deployed

Hello,

I’m having a hard time trying to make CMA work.

I have a linux poller and a monitored windows host (windows server 2019)

centreon version is 24.10.7

CMA version is 24.10.4

flow direction is by default (agent → poller)

 

after many attempts, i think that the connection and the encryptions is ok (no error messages in centegine.log)

The connection seems fine (tcpdump shows activity) but I’m not able to perform checks on the monitored host. I added the host with the default templates. Everythink stays “pending” and If I force check the status goes to “unknown” 

 

CMA log file shows connection at startup bu that’s all…

 

I’m not sure what to do next..

    Hi,

    Thanks for your interest in Centreon Monitoring Agent.

    Can you check that the “Centreon Monitoring Agent” Connector (Configuration > Command > Connector) includes all Agent related commands ? 

    If not, type Centreon-Monitoring-Agent in Used by command and Select All

    Then export configuration and restart Agent.

    Hi,

    thanks for the help. Adding the command worked.

    All of the services are working except for two:

    Windows updates check fails but it’s normal as the monitored host does not have access to the internet.

    My issue is with the service check.

    It seems that the agent cannot retrieve the status of services

     

     

    Anyway, thanks, at least I have some services working !

      Can you send me here or in private message the command used for the Services check ? we will analyze that.

      The bug will be fixed in the next Collect/Agent release (24.10.7, planned for the next days)
