Hi all,

CMA novice here.

I’ve followed the whole CMA deployment documentation, but I observe that my poller doesn’t listen at all on the CMA port, despite that “Event borker directive” line being present, the connector’s command being linked to the template’s services etc..

I cannot really find any more details on what does define this listener, so I’m all ears !

Thanks

Best Regards,

Hello,

Do you use encryption?

If yes, can you check that engine can read /etc/pki/<certif>.key. If you have created crt and key files with root user, .key file will be unreadable for user centreon-engine.

Hello,

I’m trying to use encryption indeed.

I just checked and both crt and key are on 755 rights, and already used as the certificate for centreon web.

Thanks !

Cheers

Hi,

Some questions :

  • Did you try the troubleshooting steps in documentation? If yes, what are the results ?
  • Are there some errors in polers or agent logs ?
  • Did you try in No TLS mode ?

Hi,

I had checked the troubleshooting steps, but there was just no trace anywhere of my configuration… Until for some OS update reason we restarted the server… And everything fell into place. So I don’t know what exactly solved this unfortunately :(
