I’d say deal with it, they advertised that aspect a while ago for security reasons.
We can be happy they don’t force to use a TLS certificate from the start.

You can always just use a self cert if that really bothers you big boy.

When we test, we want fast setup, simplicity and there is no need for security.

Of course in production it’s much better to use TLS, but why enforce this ? If think it better to let the user choose their way.

I wasn’t that was a joke that simply used your own words based on the tone of your post.

And while i agree, TLS is very easy to implement this days with self signed certificates and PKIs within companies. Even for a developpement environnement, i believe it’s a good practice to enforce security by design even at that step.

I understand the need for fast iteration but in my opinion i believe that it is better to implement that as soon as possible.

me i have a lot problem for use with TLS then that I use everytime certificat for a lot a things… so for moment just i want to test CMA plugin but  we can’t about this restriction 

the secure by design is nice, me toot my goal are migrate all hosts in security communication with poller or central.
