Hello Everyone,

I want to integrate centreon and jira so that everytime a host or a service is down centreon create a ticket on jira.

Is there anyone who already implemented this? do you have an idea of how can this be done.

Thanks in advance.

Good Morning,

You might start with this tips:

Hello everyone,

I have already implemented the “manual” way to send incident tickets to Jira but I am also looking for the best method to implement the “automatic way” - does it work for any of you please ?

Thks

Hello,

We are studying the same topic of Implementing the automatic opening of Tickets in Jira and we believe that a possible solution would be to create a notification from the curl command using the API

Hello,

Maybe I answer latelly but we have implemented this kind of solution with the logstash connector with the streamconnector. (Logstash Events | Centreon Documentationf)

the streamconnector send the event to logstash and logstash translate and send the data to Jira SM.

To be clear, the solution with the streamconnector is working but we are facing some randomly missing tickets. We are dealing it with the centreon support but I must admit that streamconnector is like a black box and we don’t no if the messages are send or if he has other issue.

I see in the answer that some people was studying api to creating ticket? is there other solutions than streamconnector?

Thank you.
