Hello,

I am currently in Centreon 22.04 on the PROD and 22.10 on the RECIPE (OS DEBIAN 10)

I have a problem that has been going on since the beginning, my dashboards always contain indeterminate values, no matter how long they are looked at.

RECIPE - 22.10

PROD - 22.04

I've seen several other such topics here but with no real solution... anyone have any new ideas about a possible solution?

Thank you for your help

Bonjour,

Hi, this undetermined period might be the time difference between timezone configurations.

can you please explain in more detail?

example: if you have an application timezone that differs 3 hours from the Operational System timezone, you will probably miss 3 hours from your availability chart

Okay, thank you

Do you have any idea where exactly it might be coming from? I'm a little desperate

Since a few days, I have negative values…

@vlelong hi,

this thread might help you https://github.com/centreon/centreon-archived/issues/4056

make sure you have the same timezone set for:

  • operational system date
  • centreon’s php.ini
  • Centreon → Administration → Parameters → Centreon UI
  • centreon’s user profile

you can also search archive issues https://github.com/centreon/centreon-archived/issues?q=is%3Aissue+undetermined

once you get the timezone right, run dashboardBuilder again
