No data from graphs 22.04

Hello everyone,

I have some troubles with graphs in version 22.04. I installed centreon 2 weeks ago but i can’t see graphs it says ‘there’s no data’

I searched how to fix this but i didn’t see any problems on internet can someone help me please ?

Does your ping command generate performance data output?

Hi,

I would like to continue about this topic as I have the same issue. My case is a bit different as it is after upgrading (2104>2204). About the question: yes, I have performance data, an example below. Note that all my graphs stopped at the time of the upgrade and rebuilding did not help.

I think this could be due to an issue fixed in 22.04.7: 

  • [Install] Fixed incorrect deletion of Centreon Broker output resulting in the loss of graph updates

I don’t know about this fix, but I can confirm the detail is the reason of my issue. I got the same information from here https://thewatch.centreon.com/data-usage-and-visualization-38/centreon-22-04-6-charts-are-not-generating-1063 . Applied offered solution and my graph are now working again. I have a gap, but I suppose rebuilding everything will fix it.
