Hello everyone,
Following the recent development of the new Rubrik GraphQL plugin (created to support the transition to Rubrik Security Cloud and the deprecation of local REST API accounts), we were able to successfully restore the monitoring of our Rubrik infrastructure. The current plugin already offers several very useful modes: cluster, compliance, disks, jobs, nodes, storage, tasks.
The Need:
However, we noticed a lack of visibility regarding system event logs. Recently, we had "System Critical Event" alerts that generated thousands of emails via RSCP, without triggering any alerts on the Centreon pollers side.
Proposed Solution:
It would be highly beneficial to add a new "events" mode (or equivalent) to the Rubrik GraphQL plugin. This mode would allow us to query the API specifically to monitor and retrieve critical events and warnings generated by the Rubrik system.

Centralization of critical Rubrik alerts directly within Centreon.

Prevents missing major incidents that are currently only notified via email.

Provides a more comprehensive and proactive monitoring of Rubrik RSC infrastructures.
