Les actions classiques ‘Ouverture/Fermeture et acquittement”.

@serlink_sysadmin given your idea has not gotten traction here, if this is still a need for you, I see 2 options :
1- Use OpenTicket mail provider and configure Freshdesk incoming email to create tickets

2- Contact your Centreon or Centreon partner sales representative to get a quote for custom development (send me a direct message if you need to know who to contact)
