Add possibility to export alarms on XLS

Thanks @lolokai for submitting this idea. This is something we are considering and may be you could tell us more about your expectations on this:

• Should the export be limited to the current page or extract all pages (or should this choice be user-driven)?
• Should the export be limited to the currently displayed columns (or rather all available data)?
• What would you typically use the generated file for?
