All the calculation method for the Calculation methods is based on a Downtime on a child indicators.
Will it be possible to include acknowledge ?
- Inherit the acknowledge status : the BA is automatically set in “acknowledge” whenever an indicator in a non-ok state is in acknowledge impacts the BA. The BA will still be impacted.
- Ignore the indicator in the calculation: when the indicator impacts the BA and is in planned downtime OR in acknowledge stat , its status/impact is ignored in the calculation.
