As an idea, I would be really good to have option to change the default acknowledgement text.

Right now it is: Acknowledged by (username).

Our main reason to change it is, that if we hoover over the acknowledgement icon on smaller monitors, the text ending is basically cut, and to see the ticket number used to acknowledge it is cut out, and to see it, I still have to open the service or host.
