In some cases it can be useful to directly export data in graphs as a CSV to perform some extra analysis. This was possible in legacy view but is not in the Resource Status view.

  • Persona: this is mainly for operators or sys admins troubleshooting an issue

  • Problem to solve: being able to quickly leverage performance data from Resource Status in a 3rd party tool (e.g. Excel) to perform extra analysis

  • Expected outcome: speed up incident resolutions

  • Potential solutions: a button on graphs in Resource Status that allows to save graph data as CSV
