Persona: operators
Problem to solve: no widget to list or summarize summarize events. Such a widget would be useful to provide to operators a “single plane of glass” dashboard with current KPI’s status and a summary of recent events.
Expected outcome: a widget which takes as input :
- a scope which can be filtered : services or hosts or servicegroup or hostgroup
- a timespan : last x hours
- state and status (by default all)
and displays at least the number of events.
Potential solutions: probably a new widget
