When we delete a service or host, the RRD file isn’t deleted.

It would be beneficial if the RRD file in /var/lib/centreon/metrics was automatically deleted whenever a host or service is deleted.

Currently, this does not occur and over time, the accumulation of unnecessary RRD files can significantly increase the amount of occupied space.

Implementing this feature would help to efficiently manage and maintain Centreon's system resources

Hello,

It would be a good idea. For now, when I want to delete a host or a service AND the RRD :

  1. disabled  the host or service
  2. export and reload the conf ( with the host/service disabled, no new datas in RRD for next step :p )
  3. In Administration/parameters/datas, I delete the disable host/service rrd ( select and remove from graph ). With this, RRD is deleted.
  4. Delete host/service previously disabled.

Some steps but we no have no choices until now :D
