Je souhaiterai diffuser à certain groupe de collaborateur un filtre par default “filtre_exploitation” dans "ressouces status", afin que la visibilité des alertes ne soit que sur le type critique par exemple. Plutôt que chaque personne créer son propre filtre dans "My Filters" avec le risque d'erreur que cela comporte.
Est-ce possible ? et si oui comment le faire et le déployer (par exemple juste pour un groupe d’utilisateur) ?

Currently it is not possible to share filters between users or to define a filter by default. It is a good idea!
As a “workaround”, you can go to Resource Status, select your filter, copy url, share it and user can save it in a new filter to have the same options than you.
I agree that in the end the resource status is (i suppose) expected to be used as a manualy way to dig through data, not a permanent view based on a specific filter.
So maybe you can have a dedicated dashboard with that query that you want and share that dashboard with all your users ? You can always set the default page for those users to the dashboard view to mimic the behavior.
