The idea is about having a full HA (High Availability) functionality for a Centreon instance (HA Central + HA DB + HA Remote + HA Pollers) and not only for Central servers ?

As far as database, you should use existing HA options (e.g. Galera).
Concerning the poller, this is something we are exploring.
