Hello, I was wondering what should be monitored. Taking a look at the Sophos Central API, I am thinking:

• Metrics from the account health check (API)
• Firewall status 
• Licenses

What do you think should be prioritized? What key use cases are you trying to solve?

We use Sophos Central to manage our Sophos switches. All our switches are currently centralized in Sophos Central.

I think an integration to monitor the status of these switches would be useful.Additionally, it would be helpful to include the status of devices when a PC is isolated due to antivirus detection, if possible.

OK thanks. I am afraid the API does not provide a status for switches, rather status of tasks performed to switches...

It's a shame, what we really needed to know is the UP or Down status of the switch with more precision than a simple ping. SNMP can, in principle, be configured on each switch, but the Sophos documentation is incomprehensible, and no plugin is available for this.
