Open Tickets for ZenDesk

​@rmula given your idea has not gotten traction here, if this is still a need for you, I see 3 options :
1- Use OpenTicket mail provider and configure Zendesk to create tickets from emails (drawback is you will not get a ticket ID back in Centreon)

2- Contact your Centreon or Centreon partner sales representative to get a quote for custom development (send me a direct message if you need to know who to contact)

3- Contribute to the Centreon opensource project by developping this connector yourself by duplicating an existing provider
