Openticket for BA

Is it possible to add the possibilty to open ticket for BA with openticket ?

/usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_notification_centreon_opentickets_api.pl --plugin notification::centreon::opentickets::api::plugin --mode=open-ba :-)
