Would it be possible to improve the plugin for Alcatel switches, in order to be able to check the synchronization status
by CMM, running: Working / certified ?

It is indeed an Alcatel 6450 type omniswitch, I do not have a specific MIB.

When there will be enough vote on this idea, we will need data to start development. In this case if it is an SNMP monitoring it’s mandatory to have a MIB file and also an SNMPwalk for this equipment.
The .snmpwalk file can be anonymized and generate with this command:
snmpwalk -ObentU -v 2c -c public address .1.3.6.1.4.1 > equipment.snmpwalkThe MIB file can be provided by the company support of your equipment in most of the cases.
Anyway we can’t start a consistent development for SNMP plugin without this two kind of datas.
