Bonjour,

Merci d’avance.

Cordialement,

Nelson - Support Exaprobe

Hi @Support Exaprobe I don’t understand.

Hello,

On all widget, there is no widget which accept to ignore the acknowledge host/services.

Nelson

Not all widget allow to filter on ACK/DT/flapping status, but some widgets can: resource table for example.

Hi,
I guess it’s tricky because it would be a mix of “state” and “status”, but offering the possibility to filter or sort acknowledged and unacknowledged checks would indeed improve relevance of the information the widget displays.

For example, on the “status chart” widget, keeping  the number of checks by status and optionnaly filter and display the total of “acknowledged” alerts would offer a comprehensive view.

Regards,

Frédéric

Hi, it’s correct. For example, if I have a critical alert on a particular host or service that has just appeared, once I acknowledge it, that alert should disappear from the widget so that my team knows that it has been dealt with visually on the widget monitoring screen. I'm not sure if that's clear.

I completely agree. If it's not possible to filter out acknowledgments and maintenance, it renders all these widgets useless for users. It's very unfortunate that the widgets can't be used. They have a very nice design, but they're not finished and usable from a user's perspective.

I hope this will be fixed soon.

Thanks
